Since 2010, Commune Image has been supporting the reach of all talents from the audiovisual media and film industry. As a social company of the industry, our goal is to bring support to creators in order to make their projects come to life. We offer our human, relational and technical resources to achieve this ambition.

Our services are open to all creators and we offer everyone the chance to reveal their talent. We also favor the most promising independent films. The innovation triggered by Commune Image is offered to the area’s most talented project leaders.

We host those who make films but also those that experience these creations. Every Wednesday, we organize free public screenings followed by events during which we freely provide the use of our screening room to independent filmmakers. This is the opportunity to give films the chance to be seen in the best possible conditions but also to create a link between the audience and the professionals.

As a reference of independent content creation in Seine-Saint-Denis, Commune Image is the symbol of a generation who grew in working class areas : creative, audacious and connected. This will to develop the creation for all and to support emerging talents is embodied in our multiple partnerships with various organizations that share the same goal to democratize cinema.

We also host multiple national festivals in order to promote excellence.

Together, we are creating the new ways of using audiovisual and the contents of tomorrow. In 2017, we brought our action abroad from the screen’s boundaries by creating the first incubator dedicated to virtual reality and its dedicated Lab space. This new project totally fits in our aim to democratize the access to audiovisual culture in all forms. Today, we pursue our incubation mission through our new project, Action!
