Commune Image is a film house located in an old industrial building from the beginning of the 20th century, with its original red brick walls and timeless look. The vintage and muffled decoration is somewhere between a 19th century literary salon, an arthouse cinema and a popular canteen. Whether it’s the furniture found here and there or the hand-painted movie posters, all the elements are unique pieces that create an eclectic decor, but always in a very cozy atmosphere.
With the combination of a professional cinema and a large reception room, our venue lends itself to a wide variety of events and we have had the chance to host a diverse audience, from the Ministers of Economy, Foreign Affairs and Culture for an official event, to the artists Ladj Ly and JR for a masterclass, or the teams from Netflix and Canal+ for a premiere.
Whether it is for a cocktail party, a conference, or a party until 6 a.m., Commune Image is the cozy and flexible place that will be able to adapt to your desires.
Commune Image is open for rental every day of the week from 9am to 6am, and is easily accessible by line 13 at Mairie de Saint Ouen station, line 4 at Porte de Clignancourt station or bus line 166. Don’t hesitate any longer and offer your guests a unique experience in this extraordinary place!

With a capacity of 150 seats, a Dolby certified 5.1 sound system and a 7m wide screen, Commune Image offers its screening room for the verification of your DCPs, your mixes and your calibrations.
You can also take advantage of the room for all types of technical projection: work copies, dailies, etc.

With a space of 220 m2, the restaurant area can accommodate 200 people seated and 300 people for cocktail parties. You can benefit from the services of our catering team or rent the bare room. Two small cosy lounges with comfortable sofas, a bar and a reception area with a vintage decor are available for your evening. The room is also equipped with a sound system HK Lucas Performer 2 heads and a subwoofer which allow to diffuse the musical atmosphere you wish.

A FORMER FILM STUDIO
With its 5 meters high ceiling and its industrial look, this 40 m2 former film studio is ideal for setting up a production office or organizing your outsourced meetings.
Directly accessible from Commune Image’s trademark lobby and equipped with an overhead projector, this space is available by the hour, day or week.
